Warranty Policy:

Telecommander has a NO RETURN policy for Software products using digital Activation! 

All other items carry manufacturers' warranty.

For products purchased with a manufacturer warranty in excess of 1 year, the First Year will be Handled by Telecommander. The balance of the warranty will be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and the dealer.

Warranty is void if the returned product has:

A: PHYSICAL DAMAGE (invalid/incomplete, fraudulent or tampered serial numbers. Disassembled, altered and tampered products.)

B: INCOMPLETE PACKAGING (opened or incomplete software/not in re-sellable condition.)

C: Insufficient Sales Information.

The warranty of any purchase from Telecommander begins on the original invoice date.

If authorized returns are not sent within 15 days, the RMA will be voided automatically.

Refurbished Products carry a 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated.

CREDIT

Requests for credit will be considered on a case by case basis. It is not the standard policy of Telecommander to issue credit!

A 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges will apply on all returned and cancelled orders.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Telecommander Corp. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect and test all DOA products. No replacements or exchange if the returned products were found to meet the function of the manufacturers' specification.

No DOA replacement on physically damaged products.

Generally, merchandise will not be cross-shipped unless authorized. If cross shipping is approved you must email a scan or fax a copy of a signed waybill to the attention of the RMA Department before your exchange shipment is released.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Not to accept any package where the security tape has been tampered with.

For shipping damage, please file claim to carrier immediately. Please notify the RMA Dept.

To provide the proof of purchase with correct invoice before receiving warranty service

Always provide a detailed and specific description of problems for defective items. "DOA" is not acceptable.

Always show the RMA number on the shipping packages, and enclose a copy of the invoice,

 

**OEM SOFTWARE MUST BE BUNDLED WITH QUALIFYING HARDWARE
