Warranty Policy:

Telecommander has a NO RETURN policy for Microsoft products using digital Activation! 

OEM CPU’s have a 30 day functional warranty.

For an additional 3% over purchase price OEM CPU’s will be warranted for a 1 Year Period, 4% for immediate replacement.

No warranty applies for physically damaged CPU's and Memory, such as cracks, missing, burnt or bent pins.

No mark(s) should be found on any CPU submitted for DOA because we sell new and unused CPU's.

All other items carry manufacturers' warranty.

For products purchased with a manufacturer warranty in excess of 1 year, the First Year will be Handled by Telecommander. The balance of the warranty will be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and the dealer.

Warranty is void if returned product has:

A: PHYSICAL DAMAGE (invalid/incomplete, fraudulent or tampered serial numbers. Disassembled, altered and tampered products.

B: INCOMPLETE PACKAGING ( Opened or incomplete software/not in re-sellable condition.

C: Insufficient Sales Information.

The warranty of any purchase from Telecommander Corporation Ltd. begins on the original invoice date.

If we do not receive any packages within 15 days, the RMA will be voided automatically.

Refurbished Products carry a Minimum 30 Day Warranty.

CREDIT

No credit on CPU and DRAM.

Memory modules returned within 15 days may be bought back according to the lowest price between purchasing price and current market price.

It is not the policy of Telecommander to give credit. Under very few circumstances will credit be given!

A 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges will apply on all returned and cancelled orders.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Telecommander Corp. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect and test all DOA products. No replacements or exchange if the returned products were found to meet the function of manufacturers' specification.

No DOA replacement on CPU or other physically damaged products.

A "1% REPLACEMENT WARRANTY" policy is in effect. (DOES NOT INCLUDE OEM CPU’S)

If your invoice states that you’ve requested and paid the "1% REPLACEMENT WARRANTY", the replaced or repaired product will be shipped within 72 hours, after receipt of defective product. Those not wishing to purchase this warranty will wait for manufacturer’s replacements to arrive.

3 Year Retail Package Ram Warranty can be purchased for $2.50 per stick. (subject to availability)

 

Generally, merchandise will not be cross-shipped unless authorized. If cross shipping is approved you must fax a signed waybill to the attention of the RMA Department before your exchange shipment is released.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Not to except any package where security tape has been tampered with.

For shipping damage, Please file claim to carrier immediately. Please notify RMA Dept.

To provide the proof of purchase with correct invoice before receiving warranty service

Always provide a detailed and specific description of problems for defective items. "D.O.A" is not acceptable.

Always show the RMA number on the shipping packages, and enclose a copy of the invoice
