addition of a centre channel. With the centre channel, the
front soundstage is expanded. Sounds from movies make use
of the centre channel to localize dialogue and on-screen
sound effects, while using the other speakers for
ambience, music and surround effects. This could translate
very well when used for games that support 3D sound, and
playback of Dolby Digital encoded material on the PC!!
