What's
more fun than building your own roller coasters? How
about riding the coasters you've built? That's what
you'll do in Sim Coaster, the upcoming sequel to Sim
Theme Park. The developers at Bullfrog have improved the
gameplay from the original with a storyline that will
have you working your way up from assistant manager to
company president. Rather than building separate parks,
like in Sim Theme Park, you'll now control one huge park
with three new themes - Arabian Nights, New Science, and
Polar Zone. The new mission-based gameplay will now give
you specific goals, which will open up new areas of the
park when completed. A new Coaster Design Kit will allow
you to construct coasters at your leisure and import
them into your park and, of course, you'll still be able
to wander your park and ride all the attractions from a
first person perspective. SimCoaster screams into stores
in February 2001!!
