Requirements
For the voice capability to work
properly, you must connect the internal voice cable
from the modem's 4-pin connector to the sound card's
4-pin TAD/Modem line in. For motherboards with
built-in sound cards, you must attach the modem
voice cable to the motherboard's TAD/Modem line in
connector.

Driver installation for

Download the driver and extract
it to a subdirectory.
Windows will detect the card as
a PnP device, if not go to Device Manager and
remove any modem related devices with a yellow
exclamation mark.
During card detection and drive
installation, Windows will ask you for the
driver location.
Point to the subfolder where
you have extracted the driver files you have
downloaded.
Just follow the installation
process and reboot for the changes to take
affect.
