Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)? A UPS with a built-in
Automatic Voltage Regulator provides correction of
over-voltage and under-voltage situations without using
the battery. Buck lowers a high voltage and boost raises a
low voltage. AVR not only extends internal batty life but
also provides clean and stable power.
This
is an extremely reliable standby uninterruptible power
system designed to protect computers and peripheral
devices such as monitors, storage subsystems, modems,
tape drives and more from lightning and power outages which
could result in damage or loss of data. In the event of
power failure, the UPS supplies power to your equipment
from a battery within the UPS, providing ample time to
save files and close operations. It also provides visual
and audible indicators, which alert you to utility-line
failures. Whenever the UPS is plugged into a normal wall
socket, the UPS maintains the battery in a charged
condition and also serves to protect your equipment from
surges and noise transmitted through the power lines!!

UPS Status Indicator - This
indicator will light when the UPS is supplying normal
utility power to the Battery Powered Outlets. This
indicator will flash when the utility power is outside
of the UPS nominal voltage range, thus putting the UPS
on battery backup mode.
Fault/Low Battery/Battery
Replacement Indicator - This indicator is lit whenever
the UPS fault, and low battery occur, or the battery
is near the end of its useful life. The battery should
be replaced within two weeks.
Built-in RJ11/RJ45 Jacks -
It prevents equipment damage by filtering out network
and phone line surges.
